    Might I suggest hiring one of the local charter services and taking a few trips with them. Chances are you need more help with proper equipment rigging and the effectiveness of your presentation than you do with knowing where to fish. Just a thought. Welcome to the site.     usgs reports at the ford street bridge can give you all the flow info you need pertinent to the area you will be fishing. However it doesn't tell you when the river is ice free and navigable.
