It’s butter, easy job and easy access 50 yards from my driveway. Can’t get in touch with the guy that did it previously. $100 cash if anyone local wants to hit it. PM me if interested. 16. Your insurance company is responsible for your loss. They will look to seek relief from any other liable party but their primary responsibility is to you their insured. NFA is a great company, hopefully you called your insurance company first, and NFA shortly after.
  17. Where are you located? what are your interests?
  18. I doubt it. Look at your contract with the marina, they most likely express no liability right in the contract.
  19. I would contact NFA (National Fire Adjusters) if you ultimately have to go through your own insurance company. They do all the work for you and will make sure you get taken care of. http://www.nfa.com/

  21. ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A fire overnight destroyed two boats and damaged a third boat docked at a marina on Irondequoit Bay. It was an unfortunate end to the July 4th holiday for some boat owners who keep their vessels docked at Sutter's Marina on the Irondequoit side of the bay. The fire happened on the south dock of the marina. Laurelton Fire Chief says when crews arrived, two boats were on fire. One of the three boats damaged by the fire sunk, and was pulled from the water. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
