  1. Yes. Go to Olcott or Wilson. You can stay in both ports pretty cheap. Wilson is definetly nicer there is some really nice places to stay and eat. It shouldn't be hard to catch lakers and if the weather cooperates you could just follow the charters. Two dipsey divers and two riggers you should be able to catch a few kings.
  2. Sold pending payment to Shinitimes... Thanks you
  3. Well I will be in Syracuse on business in two weeks and out toward Binghamton and Scranton Pa this coming week. Ill put it in the back of my pickup if anyone is interested. Trade for trolling reels or cash offers.
  4. Thanks Pap There is two new bay rats mixed in there along with a bunch of new hot n tots. The larger rapalas are $10 a pop and there's 9 of them along with some other high end stick baits that have never seen the water. Also I'm in sales professionally so I am impossible to offend with offers.
  5. Large lot of tackle I do not want to separate. Please take a look, half the stick baits are almost or new. There is some older stuff mixed in and a few sticks have some flaws but all work. All together there is. 7 Spin Doctors total/ 3 rigged with flies, 11 flies total. 40 spoons, Hi Tech, NK and various other brands 70 sticks Total, 2 DW Captain plugs new, 6 new Taildancers new, 4 brad thin fin new, 9 bagley new (two have cracked paint),rapalas, rynowsky's and other various brands. There is also 16 releases. I would trade for some used Tekota's or Okuma convectors, make me an offer. Looking to get $400 or bo for the lot.
  6. P10's for Salmon Heard of some of the Erie guys coming up and running a segmented lead core program teamed with P10 smithwicks for early season kings. Just wondering if any one else has had success with kings running the P10's.
  7. I personally run a lot of coppers or leadcores not on boards for walleyed on Erie and Ontario kings. If the depth chart is correct and using the 200 steel with the wire backing can get you down to 80ft that is awesome. Is that the case? Does it really get down that deep? I would love to replace my coppers with two steel wire setups.
  8. Yankee, On the Salmon Slam can you wiegh in fish caught the night before or do they have to be weighed the same day?
  9. In clear water for browns we have great success with a blue and silver rapala f11. When I started fishing with my grandfather in spring and into summer. A crystalina black and silver stick was always on a middle rigger with a long lead way behind the other 3 downriggers most likely all with spoons and short leads. That bait took lots of salmon and many steel head. We run a lot sticks on Erie and the steel head definitely prefer a fire tiger Rynowsky. That bait catches more trout then any other stick/spoon on Erie on our boat.
  10. Hey I'm going to update my profile but just so I'm not putting a name on it. Ron Duliba JR, Forestville Ny.
  11. I am just waiting for Funny Sargent to respond
  12. So he never said he liked to grab her puss. Just cause your not there doesn't mean it didn't happen. Do I think it matters no! To act like it didn't happen is completely ignorant. Funny Sargent would that hold up in court.
  13. Back to fishing... You guys remember when when the WHI strategically kept all the Canadians from crossing the border against there will. Sure keep the Mexicans out but force the Canadians to stay.
  14. Rollmops why don't you check the facts!!! My grandma has smoked her whole life and is still alive and 90. Stop trying to prohibit corporate America from progressing with facts. The Marlboro man was a dam America icon. Yea an you're probably one of those whips that thinks football leads to concussions. Yea if you're kids a puss. This is America buddy love it or leave it.
  15. I'm so American I only let my kids listen to Toby Kieth and Hank Jr. Bought my whole family "Make America Great Again" Hats and am starting my own militia just incase some one comes to take my grandpa old 20 gauge. Just burned all three of my kids science books cause the dam things said it's possibly we all came from various kind of Apes and that climate change is caused by factories. When my hippy sisters comes over tonight I'm going to punch her the face just to prove that men our superior. Couldn't help myself ☮️
  16. I know for a fact that you can't trust rich old white haired people. Spend a day in corporate America... sort of... kind of... Not really joking... I always ask some of my higher end friends. "How do you complain about the liberals and then pay for kids college education at a liberal arts college"? I always find humor in the response. Most of you guys would have really pounded Obama if he contradicted himself as much as Trump did. I do applaude Trump for winning the election he ran to win and was smarter then his counter parts.
  17. This new app which has pro member on the top makes me feel real important after chiming in. FYI I have only one sponsor/pro staff affiliation "Wild Blossom Hollow". It's my sisters wedding bouquet company. We still have to pay for our own tournament shirts.
  18. I believe the number one factor on why people struggle to catch browns especially when others are catching in the same area is the lb test of there leader. Everyone wants to catch browns in tight, not everyone wants to use/buy a light lb test flouro leader and a small snap swivel or rapala knot. Most folks concentrate so hard on color choices and brand of lures and then connect it to a rod with 20lb test and a big swivel. I have buddies whom will buy $100 upon $100 worth of new baits and then buy cheap swivels that are over kill and buy one spool of 25 lb flour carbon to use on everything during the year. Understanding how you're main line effects you're baits is really important (heavier line = higher in the water column). Keeping all you're rods the same is really important on duplicating a pattern. That should include the baits to a certain extent, they all dive at different depths.
  19. Green Bay Whitefish Has anybody been on a guided trip up to Green Bay to ice fish for Whitefish. Seems like fishing for them is good and by looking online sleeper and cabin rentals on the ice are fairly reasonable. Especially for the table fair you could come home with. Any recommendations please share along with you're fishing experience. My sons are getting to the age were I would like to do a trip like this.
  20. Love Stealth Core. I'm a lead line Lake Erie junky and used almost every lead core brand you could think off. I now only use stealth core and am really happy.
  21. Left Dock around 845 turn left out of the Harbor with a four pole spread. Best bite was 2 miles west of harbor in 10ft. Browns were good size with many 5 to 7 lb fish. Best lure was a fire tiger storm stick bait. Any green stick worked good. What a great day to be out on the lake.
