  1. Sounds like your steering cable needs to be replaced. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  2. Seems like they've been working on that road for the last ten years. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  3. Thats a tough one to put a price on. Hull is in great shape. Wiring should be as well unless mice got in and did a job on it. Motor sitting that long is a big question mark. Might want to talk to a few boat surveyors and get their opinion. Sounds like it could be a sweet deal though. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  4. Yeah, like some of the guys already stated here. Rubbing compound and time. Wet sanding will probably cut some time out but I couldn't wrap my head around that so I just used a fast cut rubbing compound on the first trip around. Took me two days to do from rub rail down water line. But it did look new again.
  5. Pap. Dont waste your time on this deal. Wasnt meant to be. Will keep my eyes open for what you seek. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  7. Was looking at the web sites for high seas and glp. Glp's prices are a bit cheaper.. Tony's service is great also.
  8. I have a high seas rod holders on my boat. Slide in and out of berts tracks nicely and adjustable. Well built and less expensive than Great Lakes planers. GLP is a good product as well. Have a ten rod rocket launcher on my hardtop. Both products are similar in materials and construction. Happy with both products. Bought the high seas off of ebay at the time and price was too good too let pass. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  9. If I was marking and catching fish on the inside I would stay there. My rule is never leave fish. Sure you will get many other opinions on this. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  10. Yeah you should definitely pull it and replace. Stainless isnt USCG approved. Make sure you change fuel lines while its out. Not a cheap fix either unfortunately. Been there and did it. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  11. I use a set of them. They work well to keep dipsey secured from bouncing all over the place and messing up your wire. They are a bit bulky though.
  12. Yeah the Lady's been pissed alot lately. Lets just hope its not an omen for the upcoming season. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  13. Lol. Yeah you go with that. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  14. You guys can debate this pink juice issue until the "cows come home." I am forever done with it in my boat. First and last year for it.
  15. My lowrance units interfere with each other when trying to use sonar on both at same. Just use the smaller( elite 5) strictly for GPS with the sonar function turned off. Cant give advice on any other units, but I guess they would if transducers have same frequency. Hope this helps.
  16. Your tempting me to buy more off what I don't already need. Nice assortment there! Good deal for someone.
  17. You may have problems with the head if you get speed but not temp. Might want to see if you can borrow someone else's to test your system.
  18. You mentioned new parts everywhere, but have you closely inspected the coating on downrigger wire? Carefully check for bare or rubbed areas causing poor signal. Just inspecting on spool might not reveal problems. Just a thought. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  19. More I read about your situation I am afraid to go poke my head under the wrap and look at mine. This was the first year I ever used the pink juice, usually 50;50 antifreeze.
  20. That is without a doubt one of the best videos I have ever seen. Very nice..
  21. Damn that sucks. Makes me rethink the pink juice use Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
