  2. Congrats on that Chautauqua giant!! Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. Thanks for the update Justin. I know it's not really worth the trip to troll when you say you are considering jigging for them. Good luck! Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Also thank you Zach for keeping us filled in. You've got that place nailed down this year. Congrats on an awesome season so far. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. Does anyone change they're game in order to justify fishing the warmer temps? From most of my expiriences (which are very minimal compared to allot of you guys), if handling the fish and taking the photo is removed from the equation the fish seem to regulate and recover just fine. It's the fish that are handled that I've spent 30-45 minutes with. Just curious to hear others points of view and tactics for the couple high temp months we get here. 6. Justin, what's the status of the lake this summer? What a change from last year as far as water temps and levels. I haven't seen her in a month and it seems like a lifetime. Can you fill us in please? Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. Congrats on the win Zach. Looks like 2 happy guys there. Nice work! Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. The tigers at otisco have been tight-lipped this season to say the least! Nice job and congrats! Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Finally!! This season has been testing my dedication as well as everyone else's from what I'm hearing. Nice job, hopefully these elusive tigers get with the program before the water temps climb too high. See ya soon Justin Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  10. Thanks Bob, Zach, and everyone else that helped make this happen. Good luck everyone!!!! Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. Awesome to see all the help to get the kids involved. Thanks EVERYONE that helped out!! Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Thanks, i can relate. Counting the minutes to tiger season here. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. Excellent, good luck this season! Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. I have used them and had success but they have never been the ticket for me. They are very similar to reef runners in my opinion. A touch more stable at higher speeds but very comparable. Filthy perch was the hot color for me. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  15. I planned to drop a flyer off at the store sometime this week but if you don't mind doing it that would help out. Thanks. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. Awesome contribution! Can anyone tell me how I can also make a donation to the kids raffle table? I'm sure there are some others wondering the same thing. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  17. If your looking for an excellent guided tiger muskie and walleye expirience I would strongly suggest checking out otisco lake guide service. Justin is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable fishing guide. The day will be taylor fit to meet your expectations whether your a hardcore angler or a newbie bringing the family along for the memories. Good luck planning your trip! 18. Kaptag, I look forward to meeting you at this year's events. I'd like to ask one thing of you and anyone that shares your opinion. Please give this one chance, expirience it with the rest of us (if in fact it is decided to be allowed), and then form an opinion. A closed mind is the enemy in regards to forward progress of any kind. Good day. 29 more days until the end of winternet seasons fellas. I wonder if the pike, tigers, and walleye are counting the days.... Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  19. Kids these days watch muskie anglers on you tube like we watched Bill Dance every Sunday morning. In a few years they will be out there fishing next us on their own boats. Shouldn't we show them how to respect the fisheries and other anglers now so that we all don't have to deal with uneducated "fishermen" when they are grown up? Something worth thinking about I say. 20. Thanks for sharing your opinion kaptag. Personally I take no offense. I don't see any reason for any negative response. Everyone that is or would be participating should be able to voice their thoughts without a public lashing. Although my outlook is different, I'm sure the guys in charge of chapter 69 will consider each of our opinions and make a decision based on the standpoint of the majority. They have to hear our opinions for that to work. So thanks for sharing yours. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  21. Kudos Sol !!! Awesome, thank you. I also will put my money where my mouth is and donate a $50 gift card from Musky Shop on the table if that's exceptable. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  22. That's what will make difference. More so than any contribution or donation to the sport that our club could offer. Getting young people involved should be the first priority in my opinion. If our common goal is in fact to protect our amazing muskie fisheries. Incentives to include the youth could go a long way to help secure the future of our muskies. 23. All of this planning is making me itchy!! I'm excited to meet everyone and hopefully learn a few new tricks from some of you guys that have had the sickness for far longer than me. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  24. This probably isn't the place but would anyone be interested in some sort of incentive to bring young people along to these events? Be it points or prizes I think this should be encouraged. I have only been to a few tourneys but I haven't noticed a teen at a single event. I know if I was exposed to a group like this when I was a teen, it would have saved me from a few mistakes that I regret in my fishing past. Just a thought. 25. If you can get me a flyer pdf I will print and distribute them. Any way I can help, let me know. Sent from my SM-G900V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
