I’ve had this boat for a little over a year and it’s been a great boat. It’s seen river in Alexandria Bay and also spent some time on Lake Ontario. Within the last year I replaced, all bearings tires and hub assemblies. I also put a 2006 E-tech on it as well as re-finished the teak wood on the sides. I also rewired most of the electronics on it as well. Bilge pump, searay vision, and all navigation lights work. It has cushions for the front. The upholstery is approximately 2ish years old. After the motor was put on last year i only used the boat for 20ish hours. Very seaworthy and runs strong. The only reason I’m looking to get rid of the boat is because I got a great deal on a hardtop Thompson. I don’t have time for 2 boats. One last thing, I re-wired the trailer last year with a full led kit. I did take all the electronics off and transferred to my new vessel. If needed I can throw in a few life jackets as well as a few other items. I recently upgraded to load range D tires on the boat trailer and have the old load range C ones available if anyone needs a set or a spare tire. All (4) are Load Star brand. (3) are the Karrier radial, (1) is the K550 bias. The K550 was my spare and has never been installed on an axle; tread still has the little nubbies. The Karriers have about 5000 miles on them. All are load range C. White spoke wheels are included. Asking $50 for all (4) but will separate if you only need (1) or (2). Posting for a friend, Selling my 1989 Thompson fisherman. This is a great boat for Lake Ontario trout and salmon trolling. The boat needs a little TLC cosmetically. But mechanically it is Rock solid. New bellows gimbal bearing shift cable and drive coupler last year. Transom and stringers are solid no rot. 800 ish hours on the engine,oil changed every year and professionally serviced by Marina. I am the second owner of this boat only reason I am selling is due to upgrading to a larger vessel. I also have downriggers and planer boards available for it as well. $2,500. Up for sale are 3 Shimano Bull Whip spinning rods with reels. Two are 7', the other is 6'6" (broken rod tip replaced at second eyelet). Also included are 3 Shimano Ax300Q reels. Everything is in excellent condition and has been in storage for 20 years. These 3 setups are perfect for 8-12lb test and the reels are smooth and function perfectly. This is a long shot, but I would like to trade the entire remote set up for a 2007 Mercury 9.9 ProKicker for a tiller set up.
