Hello everyone is any one know how to fix error on the screen other than replacing motherboard. Thank you for any help

No solution possible. Likely a warrantied motherboard replacement. 

You should update the software on your other Optimum riggers to avoid the boot up error of death. See video:

Thank you for your help and I try updating other rigger and saying software up to date wich is wrong. It's just don't show any new updates
