Join us on the morning of Saturday, June 21st at the Town of Newfane Marina in Olcott for the annual “Hooks for Harry Kids Fishing Derby,” running from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Lake Ontario Trount and Salmon Association (LOTSA) is proud to be one of the many sponsors of this incredible event dedicated to introducing kids to the joys of fishing — a passion we hope they'll carry for a lifetime.

We’re looking for volunteers to help make this event special. Just a few hours of your time can make a big difference. Volunteers will assist kids with basic fishing skills, share tips from their own experiences, and help create lasting memories for young anglers.

Last year, 157 kids participated — and each smile, each first catch, made it all worthwhile. There’s truly no better feeling than seeing a child light up after reeling in their first fish — just like someone once did for us.
