Fairhaven bite 7/12

Lines in at 5:30 @ 100 FOW. 1st King 24" took a Std Seasick Wadler deep rigger spoon 100/120, with a Muped SSWadler Mag 15' above it, speed 2.5 mph. 2nd King 11 lbs on a #1.5 setting Two Face Dipsey Diver out 150 w/ Black Eyed Peas paddle and Glow spoon. 2 in the box by 7:30 morning bite, then it was over and they disappeared. Shot out to 250, trolled to 400, back to 250 Seasick Wadler down 100 on rigger fires w/ 24" King at 11:30 AM. Best screen all day 100-150.

Had similar results. 110 to 180 was bait and marks. Went 2 for 4...lost 2 good rips on the meat rig. Gave up on the kings around 900...went in for browns and had a really solid brown bite.

That was our mistake. We went deep, should of gone shallow.
