First responder Would not accept a bank certified check , venmo and paypal would not work for us. So still looking

For no more than 60.00, I can't understand his problem. A certified check is as good as cash! But I have paid with cash for as much as 60.00, but knock on wood, I could have been scammed, but I wasn't and got my purchase in short order. But someone that doesnt have a way to receive funds sounds funny they wont accept a check they can securely cash and get the money before shipping the item, but that's just my opinion.
