Fair Haven 8/1

Started in 250fow and fished out past 600fow.  Down temp bounced up and down all day.  Had 50 water at times 95-125' of wire down.  Caught fish all day as high up as 75' and down as low as 135' but no rhyme or reason to location; though most bites came after we had a mark on the screen.  Mag Green Hulk gold back was best bait by far (to the point that both riggers had them the last 2 hrs).  Dipsies didn't start hitting until after 10:30 and our batting average on keeping them buttoned was .300 at best.  Mag deeper diver @ 225' and 275'; 1.5 settings; SD's bullfrog & dragon slayer w/ crinkle green flies.  Couple long copper (300 & 450) rips...the fishing group was happy with the box of teeners and all was well.
