Yes it works perfectly... 5 forward 5 reverse speeds.. Tiller control- Its old looking and ugly, but hey its 10 bucks! I turned the control head around to use it on the bow, and for $10, it stays as is... First $10 takes it out of here! bob 607-659-5334
