Spoon I.D

I got some spoons from a neighbor and would like some help with there history. Sorry no pictures, but they are similar to Sutton Spoons (silver,silver gold,and silver copper). Except they are heavier, have a thimmer profile, and the hammersd finish is smaller. I took some Flitz to them to try to read the stamping. The face stamping says Ramblin' Rick, and the belly stamping says I think RKF Metal Works Wallkill, N.Y.. Any help would be appreciated. I plan on washing them out of Oak Orchard this weekend. We'll see what happens.
