I know you look for 46 degree water but how do you setup your rods do you go every from that point every five feet up.

He's right, the book has the diagrams and explanations you're looking for and the videos help tie it all together (and that's a good price). I got mine piecemeal as I started learning & still review occasionally.

Because of work and other fishing we typically only fish a week of the loc fall derby. If we're setting up with a blank screen we go by temps. That time of year temps aren't so important but we start at 55 degrees and work or way down from there forming a v pattern with the center rigger deepest. If one dipsy takes hits we set the other close to that and match lures also. Usually keep our riggers 10-15ft apart.
