On your phone using the LOU app.  At the bottom where it says "Quick reply", to the left there is a "+" sign with a circle around it.  Tap that, then tap the dotted I in the upper right of the screen and a drop down menu appears.  The first option is "Attach picture".  Select picture and then tap "attachment" in the upper right.

I see a reply button and the fast reply box down below it. Didn't see a + sign with a circle around it or anywhere it said attach files. Still haven't got it
