Lowrance Broadband Users

First off, is anyone using the Broadband Sonar-1 by Lowrance? This 'black box' add-on has me intrigued, but before I spend $600 I need to do some research and get a bit of feedback.

The video is pretty kewl and the Tech who developed it makes it sound better.

So if any of my Nothern Fishing Brothers are using this, I sure would appreciate some knowledge.
