Newbie for Browns

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I'm a complete  newbie...looking to finally get after big spring Browns! My boat is a restored  1970 18' Steury named "Even Flow", hope to learn and more than likely eat a bunch of humble pie..

Served up by Ontario & Ontario Browns 🤔🙄

Cheers

Kirk

Keep the "even flow" in the green water and you will catch em. Spoons and stick baits. Gin clear use natural colors, stained water use bright colors. Typical depth in early spring is 8-15fow. 1-2 colors of lead, dipsys and riggers all work but I think I do best on the leads. Once you find the water, you will find the browns.
