  1. 2005 Niagara Pro Am Day # 2 While on the way back to port to weigh in a big o'l box of fish the boat breaks down!!! turned out to be a spun drive coupler. I was up on plane doing a cool 25 MPH on flat water then all of a sudden JERK JERK JERK and she drops into the water like a gull after bait fish.. Called tow boat us only for them to call my home phone for my location,,,DUHHHHH...Sheriffs boat came out to get us...

  5. Ok you saw the pics of hot dog as bait...here's the sequel Mark fell asleep to leave us driving his boat and loseing his tackle.. We did not tell him about the divers and spin doctors we lost or the spoon and swivels...shhhhhh dont any one tell him!! :roll:

  7. Thats a gread day of fishing for sure...Nice report also....looks like the water and fish are starting to set up on this area of the pond...Come on summer LOC derby...should be great fishing with what I see happing to this area... MARK

  9. Nick; use the boards with copper and core set up's then divers on port and star...theres at least six right there...now you have the riggers left. Remember to get the right amount of line off the boards to get down to where the fish are at..example 300' copper around 60' down ect ect ect Mark

  11. Nick; Whats the beam of your boat? Look at videos for spread. Looney Tunes; We were a little west of Wilson. Rusty Rat; There were a lot of smaller fish caught also.
  12. Late start that day of fishing caught a lot of DINKS with a few good ens mixed in....Notice Watler with the pink Grandma stick bait stuck to his finger..his finger is wiggleing like the fish...OUCH!! Mark
  13. Thanks for the reply message...Good to get this cleared up...WOW I thought I got the info from a reliable source...guess not Wilson Boat House is a very very nice spot on the lake. I would have to say the best as far as I'm concerned..I will be there fishing with Mark for both Pro-Ams..see ya then.
  14. Fished out of Wilson again Sunday. We got a late start and did not have the first line in the water till around 6 am. Fishing was a bit slow at first catching a lot of small fish "DINKS" and a few in the 3,5,7,9,10 pound range..We had it all working with the 10 rod spread, both Otter boards out, riggers, wire dipseys, 300 copper, 500 copper, half core.... full core and flat lines... My Uncle Bill kept a few of the fish for the smoker. He will smoke em up and share with the guys and gals of the VFW..also he is making up some Salmon Jerky for the Pro-Ams...stop on by say HI and try a hunk.. CLICK ON PICS FOR FULL SIZE VIEWS Mark

  18. Tom; I had the same problem the first time I ran my new subtroll...turned out it was the termanation at the cannon ball and probe....try wrapping tape to insulate the clip.... Mark
