Muskybob; Yeh I can see that happening also...as a matter of fact I THINK I did see him troll at 7 knots before....the time that the other boat hooked up with his leadcore. :shock: Bob Hope said "I grew up with six brothers. That's how I learned to dance - waiting for the bathroom. " Hans; Never even seen a fish rise...we trolled @ 6 to 7 knots for five hours. I agree we must go back for a two or three day trip in mid June..we hung mostly around FAD Buoy VV. Mark

Jeff; I have had the same problem every other year. When you pull the water pump look close at the gaskets and let me know if you see them worn or torn.... in a spot or two..this is what I have noticed both times I did this water pump change...Let me know please...I have the same engine and out drive.. PS..Dont try and change yourself...it's a b$*!*^ I have done it twice myself now in my driveway and I hope not to do it again. Mark

Went out of Kona with 4 friends and 4 other boats with 5 people per boat. We booked this trip right off the cruise ship we were on , Pride Of America, We all did a 5 hour trip... Good news it was a great day to be on the water ...Bad new not one fish or release for that matter. Here are a few pics. GREAT seminar!!! The guys from LOTSA put on one heck of a show…I defiantly did pick up a few tips from the Captains that spoke. Captain Vince Pierleoni, Captains Ernie and Captain Bob Stevens did a great job answering questions. It was also nice to see and meet some of the LOU board members. I only bought on item a stick bait, the Porto Rican!!!! The lady from www.proflosportfishing.com gave me and my uncle Bill two Jitter Fly’s!!! 2.5 inch alewive series can’t wait to put thease out!!! Capt. Ernie was testing them last year. Now I have the itch to get back in the water even more than before I went to this seminar. See ya at the Pro Am's Mark

Jax right on!!! The stuff they had available last summer I wouldnt feed it to a dead carp, packed in oil and had the consistency of overcooked pasta- which you can learn to do at fishinmans cooking classes. I bought a package and threw it overboard right after I tryed to put it in a bait head....so I started to use fresh fish if you know what I mean :?: :roll: :roll: :roll:
