Hank could this problem with his boat possibly be a bad Coil.. When I my Penny I had a month of hell very similiar to the issues he is having... I thought I had water in the fuel so I kept replacing fuel filters and that was not it.. I was talking with a friend of mine who is a mechanic and he said its your coil.... I put a brand new coil in the boat and the problems went away and that boat purred like a baby kitten....... Woody

Nick we launched the boat from the public launch next to Arneys and your vessel was snug as a bug in its dock... I think the Kings are finally showing up, the numbers are not huge yet.. I hope by the Sodus Pro/Am they will.... We covered a lot of ground out there today until we boated that first King then the GPS looked like the front stretch at the end of Nascar race.... Well that stinks... I hope that new boat of yours is ok..... I know you are fine... a few years ago I was bringing my Penn Yan to the launch during real low water levels and I mean LOW Water... I was creeping to the launch in a no wake zone and this dude goes right by me on plane and bottomed the prop out.... I was Pissed... I get to the launch and this idiot says can i give you a hand with the boat as Im pulling up to the dock.... I said "your a F@$%^ Moron stay away from my boat"..... I said " You did not see the no wake zone back there and you bottomed my boat out when you blew by me you monkey"... I called him a Monkey..... He actually apologized up and down and helped me get the boat on the trailer and looked over the prop with me...... I was actually very impressed that he realized he messed up and was willing to assist me getting it out..... Sometimes people don't realize what there doing and that dude you had problems with he will never realize and unfortunately the apple won't fall to far from the tree...... Woody

Did not take long and we had rigger down 42 over 93 take off on a glow wonderbread NK28, Alex took the rod and boated a little skipper king.. as soon as that hit the deck the Starboard wire starts peeling.. I had a MT.Dew Spin Doc with a Hammer fly on it.. I took that fish cause Alex is 10 yrs old and weighs in at 50lbs soaking wet.. I ended up boating a nice 9lb Laker... Get rigged back up and that same wire rod out 172 over 98 fow takes off again... I fought this Big Laker right up to the back of the boat and it just came unhooked.... Got rerigged and the Port wire takes off with a green echip with a NBK Fly... Alex says I will take that fish.... I said OK.. She had her PFD on so if she goes overboard I can go retrieve her... 5 minutes later she says I cant reel anymore Dad.. Im thinking shes tired so I go to take the rod and finish the job and she says "NO your not taking the rod".. I said "You said you cant reel anymore".. she says that dipsey is at the rod tip and I cant gain anymore.... I look over the side of the boat and she has this 8lb Laker swimming next to the boat... I'm Like darn, it did not take you long to get that fish in.... Now Im thinking I got a Fishergirl........ we also took 1 more on that combo out 175 over 100fow..... Nice night with my daughter..... I got a Text from Kevin last night that he got rushed to the Hospital in Rochester (RGH) yesterday morning........They did not know what was going on with him but over the last week they thought he had the Flu.........
