It Seems as if it is a Maintenance issue maybe. Im sure those old wood docks need maintenance, if they switch to 20 foot Aluminum floaters then there is Zero maintanance... We are Definately going backwards...... Woody

Thanks Mike, I had seen a few Recipes where you can leave the skin on.... I was concerned on the fish just falling apart thats why I opted for the Recipes with the skin on.... I have found that 48 to 72 hour marinates works the best...... Woody

I tried this Recipe at the Firehouse and the guys went crazy over it.. I take the fillets and Marinate in a Dark Brown Sugar and Soy Sauce for a couple days then I Season them with Salt and Pepper. I have the grill on as Hot as I can get it.. I place the Fillets on the Grill skin side down and never flip the Fillet... The actual Skin burns right off the Fillet and depending on the Thickness of the Fillet you will be eating within 10 minutes... I served with Salt Potatoes.. I usually Smoke the Salmon but the boys like it better Grilled.... Good Stuff...... Woody.

Paul we were fishing out of my 175 Spectrum... I think it was you... It was a little bumpy for the 175 boats...Friday the lake was nice to fish....Woody.

Paul were you out fishing in a Islander type boat, there was a boat working the same water we were working that 110 to 120fow off P-ville.. My nephew and I got out thursday in my dinghy in those big waves... We banged a double right off the bat (nice king and a 8lb brown) then was dead the rest of the day..... Woody.

1dog thats a nice Laker and an awesome play by play.. That trolling solo is a huge challenge... I personally think if you can boat a slob like that driving the boat, reeling, netting by your lonesome then your ready for anything....... Woody.

I have 2 sweet baitcasting combos rigged ready to jig... just dont have any 1 ounce jigs or flukes yet.. Have not made it down to BPS yet.... 1Dogshy that SUCKS.... I hate calls like that.
