Ron...the last I knew from McMaster Carr was they would no longer sell the wire in 1000'.That was in 2010....Zeke & Cyn(Strike 3)

So anyhow....way back in this thread...I stated that the bill is about to be reintroduced in the NYS Senate.It passed 57-0 in 2010.Sponcers in the NYS Assembly are actively being sought so that when the bill passes again....it will go to the Assembly and then a vote.Again....now is the time to get involved with your Assembly people if this is going to get done.Thanks for any help..............Zeke & Cyn(Strike 3)

The 3 Rod/Person has prolly died.As we all know,it passed in the NYS Senate 57-0.It went to the Assembly where it seems to have stalled.Senator Tom Libous is looking for co-sponsership in that body.It will then be reintroduced in his chamber.If any of you know of an Assemblyperson that wants to be involved.....now is the time to ask them to step up and offer to aggressively co-sponser.The sooner the better too as this years budget looks much worse than last....Zeke & Cyn(Strike 3)

The way I read the law is that new pumps will have to be installed for the E15 and that they be clearly marked.Also,I don't beleive that E15 is a mandate but rather a choice for the dealers to make if they want to sell it.Maybe LONG LINE can chime in.....Zeke & Cyn(Strike 3)

Here is an overview on the progress with the LOU 3 rod/Person proposal.           S6453 was introduced by Senator Tom Libous and passed in the Senate (57-0)in June.           Was sent to the Assembly and sponcered by Assemblywomen Addie Russell-A10382           On June 18,the bill was sent to the EnCon Committee.           It still sits there as of today.Legislative session is over for 2010 and A10382 will not come up for a vote.The 3 Rod/person bill will have to be reintroduced in the Assembly in Jan 2011.All seats are up for election in November so the EnCon Committee membership will likely change.If Assemblywomen Russell wins her election bid and returns to Albany,we wil ask her to reintroduce her bill................Zeke & Cyn(Strike 3)
