33canuck this time of year i would fish the west side of Leroy Island at sodus bay, Braddock's bay or Conesus lake is a good place also for a big one this time of year. Myself i have not done any tip-up fishing yet this year for i have been looking for the perch and have not stayed in one spot vary long and have been moving all around the bays i have been fishing trying to find some good one's with no luck so far, Anyways if you get out let us know how ya did and good luck .

I was just wondering if anyone feels the same way I do and wish they would put a size limit on perch, It would be nice to see at least a 9" size limit on them, I see way too many people keeping them from 5" on up and it would be nice to see the smaller one's get a chance to spawn and grow witch would make the perch fishing that much better . Just my opinion

don't feel bad I've been sticking with I-bay and the perch seem to be getting smaller every day 3"-5" inch if you can even get them to hit most aren't catching anything, A few nice ones have been caught by the bridge pillars but just a few, And my buddies that fish sodus say the same thing, I just hope it gets better soon .

I would try Reformatting it first, you may have just lost some packets that are needed to run the programs & files you are trying to run Just remember to save any info to a disk that you need before you start the reformatting because it will erase your hole hard drive

if you do make them you can put me down for 2 torpedoes

Fished from 10:00 am till dark, thought maybe they would be hitting before the front moves in so i Tried just north of Newport blow boat club caught several 5-6 inch perch on a flo green Swedish pimple tipped with waxes could not get any big ones to bite but the ones that i did catch all hit hard witch was nice to see for a change drilled many holes but only dinks were home so for the last 1 1/2 hours i went into the cove to get some blue gills and caught 16 nice keepers and O so many dinks but at least i went home with some fish this time

fished south end of bay out from fish & game club, Had first hole drilled before it was light out and stayed till 11:00 am caught nothing but a bunch of dinks tried waxes and moucies and many diff colors, Didn't see much of any one catching anything
