I didn't bring my cooler today because I decided I was going to start releasing salmon. Caught a beautiful mature king on the dipsy . He was out of the water for Less Than 3 minutes. I held him beside the boat for a good 5 minutes and set him free. I watched him float on the top I could not get the boat turned around fast enough to go get him. Same thing happened with a steelhead. So I have a 21 foot Crestliner Commander with a 150 horse Merc and a 9 9 kicker. When its choppy out the kicker doesn't push the boat too well and the 150 will not let me troll slow enough going with the waves. For my boat size it recommends a 22 inch bag.
