That Herganator spoon couldn't of possibly caught anything........ I LOVE that spoon!!
  6. I bought an old 14' aluminium row boat 2 summers ago and it was in terrible shape. I needed a bass boat pretty bad and was only 20k short of buying a new one! Lmao anyway, the previous owner/owners had a leaky seam in the bottom. Marine epoxy and some tlc would have fixed Tue problem, but laziness made it even worse. They covered the bottom of it in aluminum roofing tar, and then put rhino liner on top of that. BAD MOVE. The tar doesn't harden, only when it gets cold, so it turned into a sludge on the bottom, so I had to put a ton of work into it...... It took 2 weeks of running a heat gun on it, dumping laquor thinner on it, then scraping off the tar and rhino liner. Once I got it all off I sand blasted the outside, then marine epoxied the leaky seams, primer, 3 coats of car paint and the boat looked new! I ended up putting floors into it, put a 75lb trust trolling motor on the front, BTW its overkill, but deff makes up for lacking not having a "real boat"! By all means it wasn't easy. I put a lot of time into that. The stripping part was the hardest.... But if your boat is just paint, piece of cake! cost me about $150 for the paint and the tools to remove the old nasty stuff.
  7. Glenn, I'll have all the new ones on the site by the end on march. My website stinks. I'm just not a web builder, so I gotta find somebody who can make a really nice one for me!! If anybody knows somebody by all means!!! BTW Captain's cove has placed an order for spoons so they'll have some of my other ones at lotsa and their shop as well. Fat Nancy's in Pulaski ordered the motherload! May take two flat beds to get em all up there!! I'm working on the Nancy's order now, it'll be a few weeks before they are up there, just didn't expect anybody would think they were that nice to order as many as they did, so it caught me off guard, and had to order a ton of equiptment to get em all done. Should be in their shop by march 1st.
  8. Well, I've been working my tail off all winter now on new spoon designs. I'm thinking they may take a fish or 2, or you guys will just give em a nice bath!! Heres a couple of the spoons I've been working on and will have at the LOTSA expo in a few weeks. I've got a ton of sweet brownie spoons as well!!! Let me know what you guys think. You guys can view more of the new spoons on my FB page as well http://www.facebook.com/#!/FingerLakesTackleCo I've been trying to spice things up a bit, give some spoons a bit of pop, and more contrast. I'll also have some of the trolling spoon designs on casting blanks for pier fisherman at the expo. I hope to see a lot of you guys there, I think you'll be happy with what I've been constructing over the past few months! If not, well, then it looks like I need to put in more effort!! Hope you guys like em!! Black eye (blue/white) Super glow Blackeye (Green/white) Super glow This is the Alpha Alewive it's a 50/50 UV glow. Not a super glow, but just enough! Should be a good all day spoon...?? Cyclops (super glow) This spoon will be availible with a green, orange, purple, chart, and black eye Super Skank super glow, these will be availible in bright green, and orange spots Hot Potato UV should take a few BT FL Goby This spoon is AWSOME!!! 9. I'll have plenty for the eastern show as well! I'm just hoping that I personally can make the show, as ill be on the west coast Steelhead fishing for most of march. If I'm not there, I've got a few people lined up that'll work a booth for me! Glad you like my spoons! I've worked my tail off on some of the designs I have, its tough to do when most good designs are already on shelves, so I work extra hard to take it up an extra notch! [ Post made via Android ]
  10. I'll be at the Lockport LOTSA, and Eastern LOTSA as well. Jim the gentleman that runs the eatern one called me saturday, and wants me to bring my spoons up there, and seemed really excited about me going! For those of you who may not know Bfuller is now the Finger Lakes Tackle Co.. We will be introducing a few jaw droppers at these shows. A few of these spoons will be limited editions, so you won't want to miss out! Put it this way, they're going to catch nothing, or you better buy a MUCH bigger cooler!!! Bob
  11. Size 6 for mag spoons and standard size. 3.75"-5" spoons size 6 rings. You don't neccessarily need spro rings though. Good products, but a regular stainless heavy duty ring will do fine!
  12. Dang.... who's this Bfuller? LOL Glad you boys had this much success on spoons from a guy that nobody knew 6 months ago! They're only gonna get better, trust and believe!! Oh and my lures have entered the tributaries and are banging A LOT of fish in them also!!! Thanks boys, couldn't have made it this far without all the help! Much respect to all of those who took a chance on a nobody! Now I just gotta figure out how 2 Million salmon evaded you guys to make it up the Salmon River!! LOL

  17. Still availible.... I'll keep them up until friday..
  18. I have a large pile of trolling spoons for cheap! These were all only painted for photographing purposes for my webpage. I will sell them at a discounted price to the first inquiry. They have a retail value of $250 at an unrigged price. Will release them unrigged for $180. That's $70 off the regular price... If they don't sell at that price we can always clean them and repaint! 25 mags, 20 fingerlings.
  19. I had a great time last night. I sorta felt as if I broke through a bit with some of the guys. I think some are concerned with the way the fine detailing on my spoons feel. It is deff different, but BULLET PROOF! It's going to be a tough ride this winter, all of you lake fisherman are the ones making this business happen. I am doing this to make a living, but at the same time I fish 200+ days /year, so I can relate to what it feels to spend $7 on something, and it falls apart. It feels great to make a product at a fisherman's demand. Tackle made for fisherman, by fisherman! Plain and simple, mark my words... What you guys want, you will get. Better product at competetive prices, you'll get that. A lure you can catch 100+ fish on, and it'll keep working, you'll get that. Need a custom color that nobody else has, and don't want them getting it, you'll get that. You name it, YOU GOT IT!!
  20. Spoon of the year! LOL thats absolutly awsome to hear that from anybody seeing that was my FIRST design!! @ MD the BT spoons for the spring are gonna be outta control! You'll have 1 BT per hook bend on the trebles!! LMAO
  21. The Trebles I'm putting on my spoons won't even bend! BTW, you don't wanna get hooked by it either you're not pulling it out!
