henderson derby is may 12-15 you can call henchens or the westview lodge for info this is a nice 4-day derby with payouts for walleye/northern pike/brown trout and lake trout i beleive its still $20 per person/// must be at least 2 ppl in boat

i have big boards and inlines on my 23' boat when fishing browns or walleyes i always use the inlines ( off shores ) not even sure why i carry the big boards ohhhh yea its for when landshark wants to pull copper

i picked up the LOC gazette at all seasons sports in pulaski.....registration forms are in there....GLAD to see that the LOC ppl are sensible enough not to raise the prices due to the economy UNlike the pro-am ppl

hey joe i've never used the cabelas combo but FYI they have some nice okuma set-ups at all seasons in pulaski all rigged and ready to go

usually by april 9th the fishing is really getting fired up be sure to be careful going out stony creek the 1st couple times,, low water was a problem last year the entire eastern shore from stony creek to salmon river holds good numbers of browns and lake trout

might be a bit sloppy but i'm sure ice will be fine...was 15 inches last saturday

a huge WELL DONE is due to the whitney point sportsmans club and broome county parks and rec comitte by far the biggest and best ice derby i've ever fished over 2000 registered entrants a 14 1/2 inch crappie took top spot i believe was our 1st time to the reservoir and we struggled a bit but still was a great day on the ice with my daughter todd
