"Believe me the pictures I have do no do this deer I have any justice, he is worn down. "
What is your meaning of the above statement?
" You can pretty much see the top of his spine. They need food at this point. "
Do you think the deer in your area are starving?
Love to read your reports. It has been a trying season for all species this year. It is an off year for baitfish. Good luck with the rest of your season and enjoy your rooster fish catching.
Check out the Rip Cord Ace. Nice drop away rest that has a brake that stops the rest from bouncing back up and hitting the fletching. I also have a Copper John Mark IV single pin sight that is awesome. You won't be disappointed going this route.
Don't want to sound like a jerk, but, this is a deer hunting thread. You did post this in the waterfowl thread. Good that you had a great shoot this weekend. The best waterfowl hunting is yet to come!!!!!!
Check out Copper John Mark IV. Single pin sight that has an optional lens kit. Niagara Outdoors is putting a bow package together for me. I ordered this sight and am looking forward to using it. I too have failing eye sight and will be getting the lens kit. Copper John is located in Auburn NY.

Went out of Sturgeon Point today for a few hours. Brought back 8 perch that were from 11 to 13 inches. Drifting minnows. Best depth was 50'. Surface water temp is 38 degrees. We're getting there. Last week there was still ice in this area.
The smile on her face says it all....you are headed to some really good memories. My girls were all brought up with a fishing pole in their hands, and as adults they are still fishing with me. Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!
