you should definatley try to get over to our place. its much nicer and a bit cheaper. plus its a good scene to hang out at...plenty of fisherman.

rod and i snuck out for an hour and a half this evening. managed one laker..weather was nice then dropped 20 degrees in muntes...

i didnt put them up...they are in the boat, Just wanted to spend the day running wire dipsy's and riggers. Plus, i have to take the boat to the c anvas guy this coming weekend, so, its a pain to put them up and take them down. When is your boat going in?

here are the pictures from our outing on saturday. Just a few of the fish caught.... Bob's laker was a bit rough. for the 27 inches long, it should of been more than the 5 pound range.

paul, when i come out of the canal, and boat traffic was heavy instantly, i headed north about 2-3miles then proceeded a south troll on the east side. got into fish real fast. Bite turned off real fast. Boat fired up instantly. gotta love those EFI engines.

Sean, give me a call! i know a thing or two about surge brakes and can be a big help to you. Your brakes should not have worn that fast, possible, but not practical. We had a decent day on the water as well. when the fish were awake, it was fun, but that wind/sun killed it. we went 6 out of 9 and had plenty of spoon action, with some nice fights on the flasher fly rigs. lost a decent landlock or two and some big lakers.. We had some fun times today. Glad to see all the LOU guys on the launch pad this morning! "hey is that the blue bubble?" ^^^must of heard it four times!!! good job to everyone. see ya next time
