    gottabite, i also purchased the okuma classics recently, they are setup for my wire dipsy with twili tips, Have used them a few times now, and the backbone is all there, even up to 4 mph. not a bad rod for the price. nick

    looks great, i just did all of mine yesterday in the beautiful sunday sun. turned out great!! Even got my rocket launcher all fisnished up. now to install the new humminbird and new canvas and im set for the season!!

    i had a 87 trophy as well, i had an aluminum cover made instead, let me look for a pic. you can kindof see it. it worked great, a bit more heavy but worked great. i painted it to match the flooring, but all in all, no soft spot

    it means, some of us are holding back on going out onto the water due to worries of freeze ups. After seeing so many out there, i believe i am launching this weekend for a day trip.

    The marina i keep my boat at is still using and will keep using non-ethanol, they know its pointless, because boats WONT like the ethanol.

    couldnt of said it better sean!! Soon, the fishing will be hot towards lon point on seneca near the old barge area . Also, i managed to get my first trout on the flasher fly rig today on my new dipsy setups
