  1. X2 I have a Nikon buckmasters, Burris fullfield, and a prostaff. The prostaff is my favorite ! Allthough I did see the buckmasters on sale at cabelas right now for $150 ! thats a darn good deal... Some others might want to check that deal out too...
  2. She did, see the Topic "wifes 1st archery deer" on here
  3. After not hunting in bow season due to my wife chasing them around, I was ready to roll for gun season. Typically, Im not a big gun season fan but not hunting with my bow was difficult but I made that commitment early so she could enjoy her 1st season. Anyway, I connected with this nice deer on sunday .
  4. Bought my wife a bow this year as she has been wanting one for quite some time but with young kids it was tough. She shot this small buck at 15 yards, perfect placement. I was in the tree with her to share the experience and she was so excited. Especially when I saw the arrow tucked just behind the shoulder and said "dead deer" He ran 60 yards and she watched him fall. Thanks everyone!
  5. Reef Runners have a totally different action than the renoskys. RR have a tight woble as the renosky is wide. They do work as I run them but not as much as the other. Usually behind a dipsey
  6. Im not a big steelers fan at all but.... Cant deny thats pretty special ! Thanks for posting
  7. Landed this big boy yesterday on the 6lb noodle rod.
  8. Fished sunday and limted in 2 1/2 hours. Enjoy
  9. 1.8 -2.0 is a good speed. It allows us to still walleye fish but catch lakers as well. Dont over think it, there is 3 really good year classes of fish and always on the feed. Any of the spoons listed, back 20-50' on the riggers will do the trick.
  10. Anything Green, white and glow works good, Black and white works well too.. NK's, dreamweavers, moonshines it doesnt matter.. What kind of speed are you trolling ?
  11. Trolling with spoons on the riggers
  12. Anywhere from 80-110 down. 95' was the best..
  13. Fished sunday with the 10' 6" noodle rods spooled with 6lb test for lakers while fishing for eyes. The walleye fishing on sunday was tough but the lakers were a different story. This is as close to ontario fishing as I get for erie... My wife and I landed 5 and dropped 2 in a couple hours. One of which would not leave the bottom (probably a low to mid 20's) The biggest we landed was around 14lbs.. I do this every year and have a blast.. Enjoy the photos
  14. Im amazed at the amount of people who just want to bash someone!!! The guy may have paid too much for them (thanks for pointing that out again) Im simply trying to sell them to recover some of his $ . Now, if anyone would like to make an offer other than beat a guy up, PM me.
