  1. It was a heck of a morning to be out 💪🏼
  2. Got out before work from 5-9AM with a few friends. Couldn’t ask for a better bite. Carbon 14 and green jeans were the only two spoons I had on the riggers today…..never had a reason to change them. Meat and FF were slow, so I replaced the meat rig with a gold geezer, that went 5 times on the diver, and did end up taking 4 fish on the other diver with FF. Riggers were fire though with near 30 bites. Couldn’t keep the rods in the water today! Nice first king outing of the year!!!
  3. Rochester
  4. My dad has been telling me for the last couple years that he really wants to catch a musky. So today I took the day off for his birthday, and we made it happen! It only took him an hour and a half to catch his first one lol. Nice mid to upper 30s fish with some nice girth. I ended up scoring as well. Nice morning to be on the water
  5. It may have been Rich Benedict of Angling Artisans. His shop is in Kendal. Does phenomenal work
  6. First line set right around 12:00, turn around to look at the fish hawk to check speed, turn back and the rod is already bouncing. We stayed out for an hour and 40 minutes. No stop action, with all the kids reeling in multiple fish. The usual, 100 to 120 was littered. Beautiful day out there!
  7. What a tank!
  8. 12’ and 22”-24”
  9. I take all my kids birthdays off and let them pick what they want to do for the day. Naturally, my son picked to go fishing on the lake for the day. I walked into his room at 5:40AM, and he was already out of bed ready to go. I feel like you just don’t see that out of most 3 year olds lol. Anyway, the king bite was very tough. Dropped in at 200 around 6:40 and worked to 400, then back into 90. Marked almost no bait. Only got 2 small kings and a brown. Then the fun began. Switched up to lakers, and it was non stop. Biggest was just under 20. When we had to come in at 2:15, he started crying because he wanted to stay out lol. I told him that I know how he feels 😂. Great day on the water and great memories made.
  10. Willing to sell both rods and bags for a reasonable offer. Let’s hear them
  11. Welcome! You can just respond to the classified add saying you would like to buy whatever the item would be, or can shoot the person selling it a personal message.
  12. Bump
  13. Sounds great. Shoot me a pm for payment and for pick up location
  14. Asking 30 bucks for all 3
  15. A good couple days!!!
  16. Ah yes, it’s a 24 volt. One battery is on its second season and the other one is new. The boat is an alumacraft trophy 195. The motor was coming in and out of the water all morning with the waves
  17. I feel like I have been having issues with my trolling motor my last couple times out, but I’m not sure because I don’t often spot lock in one location for hours. Last Saturday I was spot locked in place for about 4 hours in 10 to 15 mph winds before the motor died. Today I was spot locked for an hour in 20 plus mph winds before it died. The trolling motor was running at 10 speed to keep me in place. Does this seem normal to you guys. All batteries were fully charged.
  18. Isaac and I hit the water after the eclipse yesterday. First time out this season…..and it did not disappoint. We lost count. Bakers custom painted thinfins were the hot sticks and a chicken wing stinger was hot on the #2 chinook. No rigger hits, but boards and drivers took fish the whole time. We even landed 2 nice kings! Worked 12-15 fow
  19. I have caught a few off Summerville and Charlotte piers
  20. Got some baits in the mail yesterday from Zach. The paint jobs on these a phenomenal! No doubt they will do damage out on the lake. Thanks again man
  21. I would run one down rigger with a cheater and one dipsy. Whatever is hot you can just switch it up
  22. Pretty wild. One of the mildest winters I can remember
  23. Did Erie even freeze at all this year?
