Snuck out Sat AM and got my 1st archery deer. Rattled and he came in pissed. Rubbing trees n scraping the ground. Made a rookie shot but had beginners luck. He went 30yrds and was along the trail on the way out. Great time of year. Sent from my iPad using Lake Ontario United mobile app

This post helps. Can't stop looking at the calendar, booked days, weather and getting nervous. Tried to get the stars aligned for this AM but no luck. Look out the window and there is a buck in the back yard. Nice to see. Never, ever be able to figure out Mother Nature. Thats what makes it fun.

I had a few moultries with good luck then got a new top of the line one with the intentions of getting the cell pack. The cam couldn’t hold batteries for a week. Customer service sucked. They told me they need super batteries so i spent 15 and the batteries died too. Sucks but have switched to browning and get 1/2 year or more. Fished 6-9 am 100fow had marks but nothing. 200 fow. was reeling in a copper w a j-plug and got a hit - salmon. Broke the copper rod on the net so sent the plug down on the rigger and got a second salmon. No marks but did 2 fish. Turned in waves were on the edge for the old 16. Spoons and FF did nothing.
