    I caught one today on canandaigua today (mud pup),It ate a minnow rigged to a tip up, never sent the flag up though , I found it when I was packing up, it swallowed the hook pretty deep so I cut the line and sent him back . Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    The canal system on the east side of rochester is beautifull, great bass pike and walleye fishing too

    Winter perch will stay alive for hours out of the water as long as they don't freeze. Maybe slower heart rate has something to do with it?

    A small lawnmower battery will run a fish finder for hours, I have an old Lowrance that I use by attaching the ducer to a 1 inch diameter PVC pipe. The battery stays in the sled... Perfect! The unit works fine, up graded to bigger and better for the boat.
