Just an fyi..... dont be scared of fishing very very shallow tomorrow morning either -
best answer is as long as physically possible and still net a fish and yes you can def run a flasher spoon combo with a longer leader than a fly

In the spring a strong North wind blows cold water towards shore which isnt very good In the summer when we want colder waters... well you can do the math

all depends on the fish and depth you are targeting

what depth of water are you fishing... right now a 10 color is a lottle high for where the kings are and if you are not in steelhead water you may be running it in a dead zone

Well you can combine a one of the worst winters on record with one of the worst floods in the history of Oswego county with this year class of fish and maybe point some fingers We are all just speculating until we get an official report and conclusion

Why is there such a knee jerk reaction? The last 3 years the runs on the rivers have been nuts. Like I can never remember. One bad year class doesnt mean the whole system is broken
