    Also I had rod holders like in you show.And lost a dips rod & brand new reel in rough weather.My fault was mounted on aluminum plate.Then I bought these I bolt them threw the plate with 4 bolts.Look at the base on the rod holders they there is a big difference.

    They sell on Big JON for 169.00 new.On ebay they sell for around 130.00.Lets compare apples with apples.
