    Slowwww... Set up in 250, temp was at 115 down. Trolled north to almost 500 fow, stayed around 400 for a while after marking some fish in this area, but no takers. Marked a lot of fish up high in 50-80 fow, way up out of temp. Headed back in , picked up a teenager around 350 fow on a 300 copper with spoon, around 150 picked up a small king on meat. Marked quite a bit of bait/ fish in that 100-150 fow range as we were packing up. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

    Got some pike this morning trolling. Didn’t get our first bite till 9:00 then it was nonstop for an hour. Lost a nice tiger 20 feet behind the boat. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

    I have lost 2 fish this year on what I thought were good swivels. I just ordered the dream weaver DS2 swivels based on recommendations on this site. Toughest thing is to figure out how big the swivels are, as most sites do not tell you this key piece of information. Also how easy they are to open/ close.     Nice mixed bag of fish today. Dipsies with ff did most of the damage, couldn’t keep the Mountain Dew blade in the water. 2 nice steelhead, 1 Atlantic, and several lake trout.     I am looking at getting a new set of riggers, and am wondering what the best weights to use are? With all of the currents, etc I am wondering how some of the weight track thru the water. I have always run the round balls with the fin on the back and have had no issues, but would like to go heavier to a 15 pound ball. Any suggestions/ experiences would be appreciated.     Set up at 5:15 in 95 fow. The release on the dr tripped as it was being deployed, started back up with dr to reset what I saw a fish jump at back of boat. Beautiful Atlantic on a meat rig. Teenager on a Ff at 220 fow, couple Lakers on meat rig. On way back in at 100 fow got another Atlantic on meat rig again, carbon copy of first. Fleas and flies were pretty bad today.
