  1. Harvey we never stumbled across a big landlock today we did catch some keepers though And thanks Mike I love when a plan comes together and when you can say your going to target finicky finger lakes Browns and find them! I have found though that mid august-late September has been my most productive brown trout fishing and they are beautiful
  2. We crushed Lakers 300+ after brown bite slowed
  3. 55 ft with a mix of sticks and spoons
  4. Add another nice brown

  6. Not much to worry about most times.. I drag dipsys often when Laker fishing aswell as my rigger balls without much issue. Pick up alot of single strand copper and misc gear off bottom though
  7. Thanks John and I'm sure they will become casualties of war but I'm really looking to break that 8lb Mark on those salmon and trying to knock out some nice Browns aswell. Plan on hitting Owasco Thursday aswell however I don't think that report will end up public
  8. Cayuga 8-16-17 Headed to Cayuga tomorrow after I get out of work at 7 to chase browns and landlocks report to follow!
  9. Another thing to consider aswell would be allowing fish to be weighed at bears in t burg as well so there's a West side weigh in
  10. 550+ is where most fish came from this weekend from the attomik invatational. However there was cold water setting up from 80-150 fow and fish staring to stage just in front of river aswell
  11. Some are still available I did sell some however
  12. I don't think your too far off with everyone being drunk, on the phone and out for the first time... actually I think that's probably 99% accurate.
  13. Your a better man than me. I've gotten to the point where fishing the small vessel that I do in the area I fish the most I'm not afraid to open my mouth. It's the only way sometimes that people especially those with the big yachts out of Ithaca will give you respect. No one seems to follow the right of ways as far as passing port to port or simple stuff let alone the unwritten rules such as distance separation
  14. Corey no problem all in it for a great cause! It was by far the best rule based finger lakes event I've fished that wasn't an flta event. Because no one else does box styles and it made for a great time! I can see this growing even more next year and would love to help in anyway possible again and to be honest I had far more fun in this event than the memorial day derby on Seneca. Would like to see it become larger aswell swells and maybe a few hours longer for us guys that struggle to want to quit early

  23. Saturday there was a guy at tughannok who launched a boat and sat right there with trailer in the water while there while 2 guys took the boat out into the lake for a few test laps. One of the other ramps was in use forcing us to use tbe ramp that has an uneven tilt and broken apart concrete I told the guy it was rude and he didn't seem to have a problem with it. Then the guys came back in and decided to power load boat... I lost it, told them that guys like that are the reason for the ramp damage in the first place that is why the sign right next to them says no power loading... some people just don't get it
