With Garmin all chart plotter course benefits will work and I find them useful.

I used the Octopus drive and Garmin Reactor 40. When I built my system the kit was out of stock. I call Garmin and they provided a component list part numbers for the kit. I was able to assemble the pieces. Good luck

I fished a friend's PY 265 with a 25hp. It's trolls effortlessly at a high idle 1.5 to 3.5. At 10 mph no problem. Winds no problem. Autopilot control no problem. Good luck
