Is there still a decent near-shore bite?

I haven't been out in a few weeks but am thinking about taking a few kids out on the boat this saturday morning in the Rochester area.  Are there still stagers in the lake in front of the Gene or Irondequoit bay?  If so, what are people using?  Also, are the browns near shore?

 

Any advice would be awesome!

1-3 a couple nights ago. Plug 10 feet down, 30fow, right in front of charlotte. It was a quick trip and we didn’t fish too hard.

Been pulling Browns off shipbuilders in 20-30fow.  Chinook divers taking most of the shots.  No riggers on the small boat.
