Japanese Made Toolmaker / machinist / milling vise, 360 degree rotating base, can be easily removed and used as a standard machinist / milling vise. Jaws are stepped on one side, full on the other, very smooth operation, was used sparingly for basic milling / gunsmithing on a small table top mill.
