Diawa Sealine 27 H parts/repair

I have a Diawa Sealine 27 H in need of some parts/repair. I have read here before that there is a tackle shop between Rochester and Buffalo that works on them. Also, do you know if they are open between Xmas and New Years? Any help would be appreciated.

If you are looking for repair the place in Rochester is JAY-VE tackle 585-266-0880. They have someone that picks up the reels I believe once a week and repairs them. Very very reasonable in price

I would bet they are open between those days too.
