Fished Sunday morning with ScottB from about 7-12. Ice is plenty thick and snow covered. We went 1 for 1 on the tip-ups, and had 5 other flags we deemed perch toying with our minnows. ScottB also jigged up a few 9" perch. NO ONE was running for or yelling flag. I think the weather had a little something to do with it.
