Fiberglass work

Anyone know of a good fiberglass repair man in the area? My boat has two wells in the deck, but someone had cut the back halves out of them. I don't know if they did it to get to the drains better or to replace the stringers or something, but I would like to have at least one of them back.

I'm pretty sure I could make something out of fiberglass but I highly doubt it's this! I'd have it spraying fish water all over the bilge!
