Any ideas why my brake handle slaps coming up? Over and over, also the belts are rising off the pulley? Any ideas or help would be great.. Just want to make sure I dont break or lose anything

Never had that problem Nick but every once and a while you need to tighten the belt using the belt tension adjuster as the new belts stretch a bit.

Once the belt stretches a time or two they set in and stay put after that.

Give it a try and see if it works for you.
