Free broken eagle claw Downrigger Rod

I have an 8'6" eagle claw downrigger rod that is broken about 1/2 way up the upper piece. Just thought I would offer it up before I trash it. Maybe someone has a rod with a broken reel seat or something and can use it. I'm in the rochester area.
