Went out on owasco at the north end on the west side. Got out about 8:15 and fished to about 11:30. Marked a lot if fish and bait in 75 fow just could not get them to bite. Had one tiny lake off the dipsie out 180 pulling a white on white dodger fly. Also was real rough goin with the waves.
