It seems a common issue with the Cannon dual front mount rod holders (2450163) is the piece which the rod holders attach to that slides over the downrigger arm cracks and allows the entire as to rotate.

 

Is just that piece available from Cannon or do I have to buy the entire dual mount assembly? My rod holders are perfectly fine; I just need the part they attach to.  Anyone with input and perhaps a part number?  Thanks!
