Cannon Digi Troll II ?

Was wondering if anyone is familiar with these riggers?  My ? is ..... I was told that you can change the up/down speed on these some how?  Mine are pretty slow and would like them to be a little faster if possible. Not sure if its true given I have no manual or cant even find one online ANY where!! Any help would be awesome.
