Rigging a Bayliner 2355 Ciera

Just purchased a new to us Bayliner 2355 Ciera, I have seen this setup for trolling but just cannot remember how it was setup, “riggers & planner board reelsâ€. I have three Scotty 1116 propacks I would like to install. I would purchase some type arch, if anyone has any photos or suggestions I would really appreciate it. THANKS!
