Floor decking!

Friend of mine is looking to repair the back floor of his Penn Yan. The floor is fiberglass. Someone mentioned to put on the Herculiner material that is used for bedliners of trucks. Went on their website and it says waterproof and will adhere to most all things! Anyone ever tried this? Thanks

Took the chance and just did the boat and it turned out pretty decent. We ended up using Plastic Kote from Wal MArt basicaly the same stuff as Herculiner but cheaper! Looks good!
